2) Items sold are non refundable and non exchangeable.

3) The price quoted do not include postage charges. All postage charges (Poslaju) will be bear by buyers.

4) We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping. Anyhow, we will appreciate any feedback on the product received.

5) The colours of items may have slight difference due to monitor screen colour calibration etc.

6) All information provided to us will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential.

7) We reserve the right to make changes on our site, including terms & conditions at any point of time without prior notice.

I live in the US / UK / Singapore / etc.. Do you ship to international destinations?

Thank you for your support! Due to the high domestic order volume, we currently only accept orders from within Malaysia.

I can't wait to get my order! When will my order arrive?

Depending the volume of your order, your order will be ready within 3 days to 2 weeks from date of payment confirmation.

Once ready, the order will be shipped using PosLaju courier delivery service. Estimated shipping time is next working day for major cities in Malaysia, and 2-3 days for other locations within Malaysia. Please write to us at crystal.garden.collection@gmail.com to enquire on international shipment.

Just email us at crystal.garden.collection@gmail.com complete with the following information:
1) Name
2) Email Address
3) Telephone Number
4) Delivery Address
5) Your Order - Design Name, Color, Quantity and Length

Upon receiving your order, we will contact you within 3 working days to confirm your order and amount, as well as the banking account details for you to bank in the amount due in 48 hours. Kindly fax or email the money transfer receipt to us as proof of payment.
